TPAC wish to advise and update e-Research service users on our business continuity plans in regards to COVID-19.
All current services are being maintained. All TPAC staff are working remotely and in alignment with UTAS procedures.
These facilities are part of the UTAS business continuity plans. High performance computing, storage services (including collections) and the Nectar cloud services and related webservices and portals will remain operational during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The safety and well-being of our staff is our first priority. However, we do not foresee any issues in delivering standard operations for these UTAS/TPAC services or any significant impact on overall continuity of service or support. The operational and support staff for UTS e-Research services can/and are operating the service remotely.
